You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must ensure that all users of your account comply with these terms and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service with a target uptime of 99.9%, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary service unavailability.
You grant us permission to collect and use tracking data in accordance with our Privacy Policy to provide and improve our services. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data and will never sell your information to third parties.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claims related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months for the services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through email or a notice within the service. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
